After a lovely week of not doing very much fabric related stuff – apart from my insane sewing jag on Friday when I made Esme a flapper style princess dress and Orlaith a cloak in the space of 2 hrs (don’t ask) – I’ve got some custom orders to share with you.

First off the block are two lovely giant pouches:

She could totally take Miss Piggy.

I love this fabric. It’s rapidly becoming one of my favourites. I love the way the women just POP against that red background.

You all know I am a massive nerd and a huge fan of Joss Whedon’s various works.  The crew of Serenity hold a special place in the enormous geeky cavern of my heart and I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I had to have this fabric. HAD to.

Mal, Zoe, Wash, Inara, Kaylee, Jayne, Simon, River and Book, plus a Blue Hand man make this the best fabric ever.

Next up is a special order for Anna: a giant pouch with a shoulder strap:

So cute. So deadly. She can kill you with her brain. (oh, stop it!)

The shoulder strap is adjustable. I’ve used a loop lock and a tri-glider to make sure Anna can get the strap just how she wants it. I think the strap will add extra utility to the giant pouches. I may even roll out some of these as general stock.
